Sacher Torte the real chocoholic's addiction :-P

Well well well... I made a pretty disaster with the chocolate icing, my beloved Toddler was trying to climb my legs in order to arrive at the chocolate bowl :-/ But the cake is amazing. I followed the Austrian Sacher Torte traditional recipe... The trick is to have a very foamy mix and to maintain the oven temperature not so high (for me 170°C is okay) in order to have a leveled cake.
